Payment Options

Welcome to our practice. We work hard to control the cost of dental care. We strive to provide optimum dental care at a reasonable cost. We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We encourage you to invest in your dental health and we make sure you get the maximum return on your investment.

Patients with Dental Insurance

We will gladly submit our dental claim to your insurance. We accept most of traditional, PPO insurance plans. We do not accept certain insurance plans. Please check your dental plan carefully. Please call us to find out if we take your insurance. We will bill your insurance even if we are out-of-network. We will find out for you all the information about out-of-network benefits.

Payments

We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express Discover. Payment of your “estimated” portion is due at the time services are rendered, such as your annual deductible and/or percentage of the treatment not covered by your insurance. However, despite our best effort, we cannot guarantee the payment of insurance benefits nor can we provide 100% accuracy of this estimated amount since many factors are involved that determine the actual payment of benefits once submitted and processed by your insurance. Keep in mind that many insurance companies base their quoted percentage of coverage (i.e. 100%, 80%, 50%, etc.) on their own fee schedule.

Remember

No insurance pays 100% for all procedures. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance. You must know your benefits when you sign up with them. You are solely responsible for all payments: like annual deductible, any co-payment and un-covered or unpaid insurance claim.

Patients without Insurance

An important part of our mission is to make cost of optimal care easy and manageable for our patients. We offer Care Credit financing. Please visit their site and learn your options.

They offer:

  • Pay over the time and pay no interest.
  • Low monthly payment plans.
  • No annual fee or pre-payment penalties.
